Salt dough leaves

Continuing our learning about Autumn leaves, we decided to make our own leaves for our Autumn display.

The children made their own salt dough and used leaves to make a print. We then put the salt dough leaves into the oven for over 2 hours to make them hard.

We then painted them using Autumn colours.

Hollywood Bowl

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to go bowling. We competed against other schools and managed to achieve 3rd place!
The children demonstrated confidence and resilience, which was lovely to see.
We all had a fantastic time and the children behaved impeccably from start to finish.

What a fun afternoon!
